It is paper plate(dish）forming machine was designed and development on the base of traditional model BJ-400P double station paper plate machine.it has automatic paper-feeding,heating and forming,automatic out putting,constant temperature control,automatic counting and collecting etc function. it's an ideal equipment for round plate，square plate in production line.

This machine body frame was built by 2 pieces of thicker iron plate and optical axis,it’s heavier and more stable than traditional Model BJ-400P machine.it have a higher precision and longer services life.

we can offer cylinder or hydraulic press formed as option according to customer required.

3. it adopts mechanical working in paper-feeding, it’s more stable than traditional feeding technology and the rejection rate is greatly reduced 

4. it with humanized design, automatic counting system and collection, it can save more human resource than traditional machine 

5. it can equipped with packing machine(paper plates packaging film) and labeling machine(the label after packaging). It’s suitable for production line.
